For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer hereby affirms that it does not in any way rely on any description when entering into the contract. We do not warrant that Product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and we assume no liability in this regard.<\/p>

      Price and Payment<\/h4>
      1. The price shall be the Maximum Retail Price less agreed discount unless agreed otherwise between the parties.<\/li>
      2. Orders will only be processed on full payment of the transaction amount\/billed amount, these transactions shall be deemed to be completed transaction.<\/li>
      3. While availing any of the payment method\/s available on the Website or Mobile App, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:<\/li><\/ol>
        • Lack of authorization for any transaction\/s, or<\/li>
        • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank\/s”, or<\/li>
        • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or<\/li>
        • Decline of transaction for any other reason\/s<\/li>
        • If the order is placed from within India, all payments made against the purchases\/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. For any orders from outside of India, all payments will be made in US Dollars.<\/li>
        • All Valid Credit \/ Debit\/ Cash Card\/ UPI Payments and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.<\/li>
        • All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.<\/li>
        • Kelikatheya\/Culture thoughts makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the above-mentioned payment gateway facility as the third party provides it. Grievance, if any, in respect to this payment gateway may be taken up through correspondence directly with the payment gateway facility provider.<\/li><\/ul>

          Delivery<\/h4>
          1. All digital goods will be delivered on the handheld device of the user after the successful completion of the purchase.<\/li>
